Perth (APAC Hub)
Serving energy projects from the capital of Australia’s energy industry
Perth is the capital of Western Australia, and the largest city in the region. One of Australia’s most cosmopolitan populations, Perth was a center of European immigration in the twentieth century. The economy is dominated by the natural resources industries and all of their secondary associated industries. Perth’s economy continues to thrive, with a gross state product per person 40% higher than the national average. Western Australia accounts for 46% of Australia’s exports, and most of the private sector activity responsible for this output is driven from Perth.
As regional capital, Perth is home to the Parliament of Western Australia.
Since 2010, we’ve been working with projects across the region from our offices in Perth and Brisbane, expanding Competentia’s services beyond Oil & Gas into Renewable Energy, Infrastructure and Mining & Minerals.
Competentia’s office is located in the heart of Western Australia’s resources sector hub, West Perth. A ten minute walk into Perth’s CBD, and twenty-five minute drive to the airport, the office is centrally located and easily accessible.
