Wellsite Manager

Our Client is seeking 2 Wellsite Managers to support their Permian Basin operations. These positions will primarily sit in Midland, Texas, but the selected candidates will support projects in Hobbs, New Mexico and Midland/Breckenridge, Michigan as well. The main function of the wellsite manager/supervisor is to direct all day to day operational activities of rig contractor and other third party contractors. The position is currently slated through the end of the year and has the potential to extend.

Responsibilities:

•Managing day-to-day operations of P&A work in a safe and efficient manner as per Client standards.
•Working in a team environment to ensure the safety of all personnel on location and compliance with all applicable environmental regulations.
•Managing day-to-day activities of rig contractor personnel and third-party contractors.
•Managing logistics for personnel and equipment to and from locations.
•Providing accurate daily reports to the superintendent and P&A team.
•Maintaining accurate cost controls

Qualifications
• 15 years of Wellsite Leadership (supervisor level and up) minimum experience required
• IADC Well Controls Certification required
• 5 years previous Chevron experience- strongly preferred
• Significant exposure to additional areas of completion operations, including wireline, fishing, pressure pumping, TCP, abandonment, etc.
• Demonstrated leader with excellent management, supervisory and communication skills
• Proficiency reporting with a variety of systems (Well View experience strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with OSHA and EPA Health & Safety Regulations
• A working knowledge of area regulations and compliance requirements
• Candidates local to the Permian preferred.

Interviews will be conducted the week of April 12, 2021.

Notes from Manager:
• Schedule will require work 5-6 days/week, with the occasional weekend work
• $200.00 per diem/work day
• Worker will be allowed to expense flights and rental cars as needed
• Domestic travel is required for the position.
